Ingredients500 g tripe, chopped 1 large onion 2 cloves garlic 2 teaspoons paprika 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dried thyme Salt |
DirectionsBoil the tripe for three hours until it is tender. Drain it and set it aside. In the meantime fry the onion and the garlic for approximately five minutes until soft. Add the paprika, salt and tripe. Stir fry for another five minutes until browned. Add a cup of water and the thyme. Simmer for another five minutes, stirring well. |
